1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ck444.cam ("ck444," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ck444 online gaming platform. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on ck444, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all players of ck444 regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the Platform. Access via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any ck444-affiliated application is equally subject to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions voided, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required by law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The ck444 Platform is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended for use by players within jurisdictions where online casino gaming is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using ck444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck444 does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where such activity is explicitly prohibited by law.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register on ck444, you must:

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ck444 Platform. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any transactions made through duplicate accounts, and retain any balances pending investigation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ck444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ck444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided to ck444 at registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. ck444 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ck444 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after appropriate notice has been given to the registered email address or mobile number. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returned upon request and successful identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different person than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension and an AML investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by ck444 and may vary by payment method. Current transaction limits are displayed within your ck444 account dashboard at the time of transaction. ck444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review by ck444's compliance team before processing. ck444 targets a processing time of 15-30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving financial institution. ck444 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ck444 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion or game description. Any currency conversion required by a third-party payment processor is the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ck444 are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods. These specific conditions are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ck444 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slot wagers typically contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements, while table game wagers may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck444 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on low-edge outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck444 reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, and report the matter to PAGCOR where appropriate.

5.4 Promotion Availability

ck444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible registered players in the Philippines only, subject to the eligibility criteria stated in each individual promotion. ck444 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific promotion or bonus offer.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the ck444 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game descriptions and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise for that game type.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting a game round, ck444 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund any wagers placed during the affected round. ck444's decision on technical malfunction matters shall be final. ck444 is not liable for internet connection failures or device issues on the player's end that result in interrupted gameplay sessions.

6.3 Errors and Incorrect Odds

ck444 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, odds, or payout errors regardless of whether bets have already been accepted at the erroneous terms. Winnings resulting from manifest errors in displayed odds or payouts may be voided at ck444's sole discretion. Players are not entitled to exploit such errors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck444 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human control;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer or tournament games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming control in place on your account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversed transactions with your payment provider after withdrawing winnings;
• Any conduct that constitutes cheating, fraud, or dishonesty in relation to the Platform or other players.

8 KYC & Verification

8.1 Identity Verification

ck444 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

8.2 Document Submission

Documents submitted for KYC verification must be valid, unexpired, legible, and unmodified. Submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent identification documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and a potential criminal offence under Philippine law. Any account found to have submitted fraudulent documents will be permanently suspended and reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies.

8.3 Processing Time

ck444 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification where documents have not yet been provided or have not yet been approved.

9 Responsible Gaming

ck444 is committed to responsible gaming and to the protection of vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders directly from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period to prevent excessive wagering beyond your means.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-ups showing your net gaming position during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all gaming activity on ck444. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck444 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text, audio, and video elements, is owned by or licensed to ck444 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of ck444.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership interest in or license to any intellectual property belonging to ck444 or its licensors beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ck444, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical malfunctions beyond ck444's reasonable control;
• Losses attributable to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any interruption to service caused by third-party internet service providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ck444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ck444

ck444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be ineligible to hold an account (including age or jurisdictional ineligibility);
• Suspicious activity, fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is detected or suspected;
• A player has requested self-exclusion;
• ck444 is required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other competent authority.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ck444 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification, subject to ck444's AML review procedures.

13 Amendments to Terms

ck444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ck444 Platform shall first be referred to the ck444 customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ck444 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable under Philippine gaming regulations.
