Data Minimization
ck444 collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to operate your account, comply with PAGCOR regulations, and fulfil our legal obligations under Philippine law. We do not collect data beyond what is proportionate and relevant to the purpose for which it is needed.
NPC-Aligned Compliance
Our data handling practices are aligned with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Your rights under the DPA are fully recognized and enforceable on ck444.
No Third-Party Selling
ck444 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for platform operations, regulatory compliance, or payment processing — and only with parties bound by confidentiality agreements.
Your Rights Are Real

Encrypted Storage
All personal and financial data stored by ck444 is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only, with multi-factor authentication required and full audit logging maintained for all access events.
Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to the rights and freedoms of affected players, ck444 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.
1 Scope & Data Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by ck444.cam (referred to as "ck444," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the registration, maintenance, and use of player accounts on the ck444 online gaming platform accessible at ck444.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.
ck444 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) as defined under Section 3(h) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to personal data processed through the Platform. Where ck444 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on its behalf, those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are contractually bound to process personal data only on ck444's documented instructions and in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

4 Data Sharing & Disclosure
4.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)
ck444 engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf in order to deliver the Platform. These include payment processors (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, bank payment gateways), KYC verification providers, fraud detection vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All such providers are engaged under written Data Processing Agreements that require them to: process data only on ck444's documented instructions; implement appropriate security measures; not sub-process without prior written consent; and comply with applicable Philippine data protection law.
4.2 Regulatory Authorities
ck444 is legally required to share certain player data with Philippine regulatory authorities, including:
- PAGCOR — for licensing compliance, audit purposes, and reporting of suspicious gaming activity;
- Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) — for covered and suspicious transaction reporting under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments;
- National Privacy Commission (NPC) — in the event of a personal data breach requiring notification;
- Law enforcement agencies — where required by valid court order, warrant, or other lawful process under Philippine law.
4.3 What We Will Never Do
5 Data Retention Periods
ck444 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
- Account and KYC records: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA record-keeping obligations;
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA and BSP requirements applicable to payment processors;
- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, or longer where a matter remains unresolved or subject to regulatory inquiry;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the marketing relationship and for two (2) years following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance;
- Technical/server logs: Retained for twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud prevention purposes.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data.
6 Security Measures
ck444 implements a layered, defense-in-depth approach to personal data security, incorporating technical, organizational, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the data processed:
6.1 Technical Safeguards
- 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and ck444 servers;
- AES-256 encryption for personal and financial data stored at rest in ck444 databases;
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced for all internal staff access to systems containing personal data;
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) and DDoS protection on all internet-facing infrastructure;
- Regular automated vulnerability scanning and periodic penetration testing by qualified third-party security firms.
6.2 Organizational Safeguards
- Role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring staff access only the data necessary for their specific job function;
- Mandatory data privacy training for all staff with access to personal data, conducted on onboarding and annually thereafter;
- Documented data breach response procedures aligned with NPC Circular 16-03;
- A designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing ck444's compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
7.1 What We Use
ck444 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) on the Platform. These technologies help us deliver a functional, secure, and personalized gaming experience.
7.2 Types of Cookies
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These enable core features such as session authentication, security tokens, and account preferences. Cannot be disabled without impairing the Platform's functionality.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language, display settings, last game played) to enhance your experience on return visits.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how players navigate the Platform — which pages are most visited, where sessions end, and how the Platform can be improved. Data collected via analytics cookies is aggregated and not used to identify individual players.

7.3 Managing Cookies

8 Minors & Age Restriction
The ck444 Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 21 years of age in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. ck444 does not knowingly collect or process personal data belonging to persons under 21.
9 Your Data Rights Under Philippine Law

Your Data Rights
Right to Access (s.16(b))
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data ck444 holds about you, including information about the purposes for which it is processed, the categories of data involved, and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed. ck444 will respond to access requests within 15 working days of receipt.
Right to Rectification (s.16(c))
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you. Where data has been shared with third parties, ck444 will notify those parties of the correction where technically feasible.
Right to Erasure (s.16(d))
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to ck444's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR licensing and AMLA requirements.
Right to Object (s.16(f))
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on ck444's legitimate interest. You may also object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time — your opt-out will be honored immediately without detriment to your account.
Right to Data Portability (s.18)
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible and where processing is based on consent or contract performance.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., receipt of promotional communications), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications directly within your ck444 account settings.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe ck444 has processed your personal data in a manner that violates the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or any applicable NPC regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact ck444 first so we can resolve the matter directly.
Right to Damages (s.16(g))
You have the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal data, in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
10 Cross-Border Data Transfers
In the course of operating the Platform, personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where ck444 uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers whose servers are located abroad. Where such transfers occur, ck444 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers, including:
- Execution of Data Processing Agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses requiring the recipient to provide a level of protection equivalent to that afforded under Philippine law;
- Transfer only to countries or organizations that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of protection;
- Obtaining your explicit consent to the transfer where required by applicable NPC regulations.

11 Policy Amendments
ck444 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or the Platform's features. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect where practicable.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the ck444 Platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
